I can relate to sooooo much of this! Part of the time it feels like I'm trying to catch up with my 2yo. He started learning colors and is *flying* through them - and now he's working on letters. He just started to realize they are all different shapes, so he's constantly asking which is which. I gave him a sheet of ABC stickers that came in the mail and told him which one was an "M". About 10 minutes later he pulled off the "W" and showed it to me (sideways on the tip of his finger) and said "M!" I was thrilled. Pretty stink'in close! Whoot! But we were throwing clothes in the washer and he was saying "Mommy's, daddy's, blue, black!" just while doing laundry! Everything teaches, doesn't it?? I love it!!! :) This is EXACTLY how I’ve been planning to homeschool!!! :) I call it “relaxed”, LOL.

I do wish we were neighbors...we seem to march to the beat of the same drummer... Train them up...TEACH them..it doesn't stop...there are lessons everywhere, in all those little details. I'd love to get my hands on one of those chocolate chip bushes myself!! We spent the afternoon the other day picking and making strawberry sauce and pie... It's all in those memories! We live in such a hurried and spoiled world....
